Whiskey Outlaws ISO Blues Musicians

   Whiskey Outlaws, a Blues Rock band out of Danville (via Chicago), Illinois, is looking to change their lineup for 2010. We are currently seeking a bassist or vocalist (current bassist to move to lead vocals, but if right vocalist came along bassist would remain on bass). 

We play Blues (Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, John Lee Hooker, Albert Collins, etc.) as well as Blues Rock (Clapton, Jeff Beck, ZZ Top, Thorogood, Robin Trower, Rory Gallagher, etc.). Respectively; we do not play Punk, Metal, Grunge, Emo, or anything of that sort. 

We are looking for serious musicians. No beginers, no inflated egos, and no Prima Donnas. We take our music seriously and hope to find those who can to do the same. 

We travel to do shows; meaning we will take gigs anywhere from Kenosha, WI, to Effingham, IL, to Terre Haute, IN, and everywhere inbetween. We also practice in Milford, IL; so the desire to travel is prefered. 

We also are more of a "weekend warrior" band; meaning we have day jobs and/or families. Simply put; we rock out the weekends, but we're not a 7 days a week band. We put this out there because we do not want to waste anyone's time; nor do we want anyone to waste ours.
